Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Director, Talent Acquisition Process Lead acts as the "chief of staff" for Capital Markets Managing Director and executive offers as well as onboarding globally. The role requires (i) enabling and refining systems that ensure smooth day-to-day Managing Director and Capital Markets executive offer and onboarding operations that balance stability with agility (e.g., resources, tracking & reporting, governance) and (ii) ensures hire is "ready to launch" (e.g., resources confirmed, facilities secured, employee file is set up, etc.) and effectively supported once launched. The Director will also lead reporting, agency engagement when needed and direct work of the team inclusive of proactive sourcing projects. What will you do? Support the Executive Recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams in the following areas: * Responsible for all processes and routines for offer activities (ie background check clearance, offer letter draft and delivery) * Responsible for smooth onboarding of MD and all CM executive hires globally * Help solve problems and facilitate central team problem-solving sessions as needed (e.g., own agenda, push thinking, keep people on track) * Proactively identify and escalate issues; be one step ahead of teams * Actively manages risks and dependencies * Triage incoming needs and questions from business and candidates * Identifies areas of process improvement for higher throughput, predictability and quality in collaboration with business and HR partners * Assist with agency relationships as needed and requested * Refine and manage regular reporting to TA leadership, HR leadership and Business * Lead or participate in agency vetting, selection, contract negotiations and requisition management * Establish regular routines with COE partners to ensure offer letters, employment contracts and terms and conditions are up to date, including ensuring updates are shared proactively with business partners and HR leaders * May lead or participate in proactive candidate sourcing projects What do you need to succeed? The expected salary range for this particular position is $160,000 - $250,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
