TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing quick and outstanding customer service by handling assigned accounts per the detailed responsibilities, while adhering to corporate guidelines and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • College degree preferred, minimum of high school diploma
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant corporate work experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office E-mails and Excel
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Process customer's orders in AS400 system
  • Track and review orders from order entry through to delivery using various reports
  • Create new product codes and other data in system as needed to support customers
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner with accuracy and friendliness
  • Set up new customer information and route for approval and handling
  • Enter sample requests and follow up as needed
  • Review and handle any issues or problems with assigned accounts
  • Review and act on daily reports as needed
  • Follow company procedures to ensure company's direction is consistent
  • Ensure proper approvals are obtained and issues are escalated to handle problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain proper records as required by company policy
  • Special projects as deemed necessary by business demands
  • Additional functions that may become necessary based on business demands



WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:



  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-pac
