Job Overview:

The role will be responsible for promoting the sale of Recurring Revenue Programs within the Hoffman Lamson, Nash, and Roots product lines with the potential to expand to other products within the IR Process Flow Technologies portfolio. The candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and possess strong presentation skills to define and articulate the programs to End Users, internal Regional Sales Managers, and Channel Partners. The position entails continued development of knowledge on current products and programs, competitive products and programs, markets, and overall share of entitlement. In addition to the sales channel, this position will work cross-functionally with product management, operations, and engineering in the specification, development, and commercialization of aftermarket recurring revenue programs.

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage target customers by market and application for Ingersoll Rand's Recurring Revenue Programs through outbound, proactive efforts.

  • Collaborate with internal sales (RSMs), external partners (Reps & Distributors), EPCs, end-users, and OEMs to evaluate program potential.

  • Research and present application-specific cost-benefit analyses to demonstrate product value.

  • Serve as a technical liaison between sales and engineering/project management to support proposals and clarify technical details.

  • Support Regional Sales Managers in closing opportunities and negotiating complex contracts, including with municipalities and major industrial users.

  • Develop and communicate business plans and sales targets for recurring revenue applications, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

  • Deliver technical training to sales teams and customers via in-person sessions and webinars.

  • Provide quarterly business updates, support forecasting and budgeting, and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Requirements:


  • 5+ years of applications/technical sales experience.

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental) or an Engineering Technology Associate's Degree with demonstrated applications experience.

Preferences:


  • Experience negotiating contracts with municipalities or large industrial clients.



Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:


  • Remote role with travel required up to 50%.



Pay Range
:
The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $100,000-120,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
