Working Title: Lead Financial Aid AdvisorInstitution: South Central CollegeClassification Title: Bargaining Unit / Union: 214: Minnesota Association of Professional EmployeesCity: North MankatoFLSA: Non Job ExemptFull Time / Part Time: Full timeEmployment Condition: Unclassified - Unlimited AcademicSalary Range: $27.84 - $40.82Job Description The primary purpose of this position is to work alongside the Director of Financial Aid to support the management of day to day operations of the financial aid department by ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of student aid that is in compliance with federal, state and other relevant regulations.This position is responsible for providing direction to staff, and advising students and families through all stages of the financial aid process, while providing high quality customer service. This position requires in-depth knowledge of State and Federal regulations. This position will assist with outreach efforts to support enrollment and retention objectives. 1) Coordinator of Financial Aid Processing
2) Lead Financial Aid Advisor
3) Coordinator of Scholarship Management
Salary Range $27.84 - $40.82 hourly Minimum Qualifications
