Description
Collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. * Produces actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identifies areas of improvement into current operations, and displays root cause analysis of business cases. * Creates, maintains, and continues to optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, streamlining processes and creating new processes when needed. * Consults with team members across the organization to support their business unit by providing data analysis and insights. * Reviews technical and process documentation, ensuring policies, procedures, and process maps remain up to date. * Contributes to the formulation of data definitions, policies, standards, and dashboard statistics. * Completes special projects and ad hoc analysis as required. * Keeps management informed of activities, progress toward established objectives, and of any significant problems. * Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values. Bachelors of Finance (preferred)
Experience
Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. (required)
Understanding of statistical analysis, including regression, predictive, and cluster analysis; knowledge of data modeling and integration (ETL) designs and approaches (required) Knowledge of database querying and data visualization software. Experience with Tableau preferred. (required) 3-5 years professional experience in data analysis, data science, business intelligence, or similar roles. (preferred) Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Information Systems, Business or related field. Graduate degree or other professional certification preferred. (preferred) Skills
