Description
* Reviews and decisions all flagged online, in-branch, and lending first digital account opening applications using appropriate fraud tools. * Evaluates whether an application poses fraud risk and informs appropriate departments. * Engages applicants via telephone and online to onboard new or prospective members, ensuring all eligibility criteria are met and properly documented before opening memberships. * Reviews and recommends updates to procedures and processes related to account opening process. * Completes account research, Remit, RDA and CFS functions. * Maintains knowledge of banking regulations appropriate for position and completes all required training. * Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values Behaviors

High School (required)
Experience
Thorough understanding of financial products and services. (preferred)
2-3 years experience in financial, loan and retail operations, preferably with a Credit Union or banking institution. (required) High school graduate or equivalent. (required) Skills
