• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems to ensure optimal efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes
• Lead by example in safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Help develop and train others on standard operating procedures

• Experience: 3+ years with an AA in a mechanical/manufacturing field, or 5+ years with a high school diploma in plastics manufacturing
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with OE tools
• Mindset: Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
• Bonus: Experience as a Machine Operator III, Lead Operator, or in Maintenance
