$82K+ annually for licensed therapists plus a $10K first year bonus $72K+/year Therapists under supervision plus an $8K first year bonus
About this role Women's Justice Team is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) program providing integrated care to women with past, current or at risk for criminal justice system involvement. Therapists on this team provide a full range of therapy services under clinical supervision and utilizing selected Evidence-Based Modalities and manage a caseload to ensure proper clinical records. Therapist works with a small multidisciplinary team, in conjunction with the Female Justice Programs Division to network with referral sources, work to engage clients in services, provide court reports by deadlines and support clients to disentangle from the criminal justice system. Therapist works closely with the criminal justice system and various community partners to ensure participants receive substance abuse and mental health treatment, education, workforce readiness training and family reunification services. You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges.
