Description

    Conducting inventory audits of records to ensure all data is accurate and matches across project
  • Supporting the creation of ILS packages for system fielding and installations
  • Performing inventory validation, identifying equipment reuse/disposal, determining spares candidates, providing hardware processes, obsolescence management, etc.
  • Documenting and tracking software license and hardware warranties
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of technical documentation (as needed)

Requirements

  • Three to Five+ years' experience:
    • Performing material procurement, production planning, outsourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and distribution
    • Performing inventory and asset management; coordination of shipping materials for domestic and international projects
    • Preparing documentation and packages such as Integrated Logistics documentation including User's Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP), and Demand Forecasting with supporting documentation, Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM), Obsolescence Management, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material shortages (DMSMS).
    • Participating in inventory proficiency evaluations

  • Familiarity/knowledge of Information Operations (IO) systems


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
