As a Sourcing Recruiter at Zillow, you'll partner with the business to proactively identify, engage, and assess passive non-tech talent. We're committed to working hard, rolling up our sleeves, and delivering exceptional results!
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Research the competitive landscape and capture insightful recruiting data to drive improvements across our sourcing pipelines.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates.
Employ a variety of channels, including social media platforms, online communities, industry events, and talent databases, to engage with potential candidates.
Effectively align a candidate's motivations with Zillow's value proposition, role details, and expectations.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders based on market trends, talent availability, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
Key Qualifications
4-8years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as a Sourcing Recruiter, preferably within the tech industry, with a strong track record of identifying and attracting passive talent.
High-volume recruiting experience and a business sales background.
Deep knowledge of non-tech (general business/sales) talent profiles.
Proven success sourcing for non-tech roles, especially in sales or general business functions.
Prior experience with large size companies (even if just 1 former employer) and must have experience sourcing within a Tech organization.
Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social networks, and candidate databases.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.
Some type of experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Excellent command of data and analytics and shown success in data-driven organizations; proficient in using data to guide decisions and change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build long-term relationships.
Ability to partner with various clients, including senior-level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates within the engineering organization.
Understand the process of attracting and retaining the brightest minds from all backgrounds while cultivating the power of a diverse organization.
- Ability to balance the role of strategic sourcing advisor with urgency while simultaneously managing and delivering results in a growing and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Workday and GEM (ATS systems) is a PLUS
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40.33-$42.93 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
