Role Overview

As an Initiations Coordinator, you will contribute to the company's success by supporting the effective input and processing of Authorizations into the company's operating systems for a wide portfolio of relocation clients. This role carries responsibility for helping to ensure that the service team conforms to agreed Authorizations standards, meet Client SLA's, and also internal KPI's for speed, accuracy, and integrity of the data which is entered into a variety of systems.

What You'll Be Doing




Processing Authorizations



  • Ensures the correct interpretation of client Authorizations data and internal documentation (E.G. Client Authorization Instructions (CII) or Authorizations forms to ensure accuracy in the Authorizations process across a wide variety of different client profiles and Authorization types
  • Ensures correct programs, divisions, and data are entered into the relevant systems and services initiated for several diverse Client profiles


  • Demonstrates a full understanding of the Authorizations process and can effectively query, challenge, and follow up on missing data and communicate effectively to retrieve or audit data which is missing or incorrect.
  • Communicates effectively with both internal teams and externally where required, to clearly convey issues, ideas and challenges (example: program or division changes, following up on missing or incomplete data or to resolve IT/Systems challenges) which affect Authorizations accuracy or productivity.
  • Audits the work of self and others as required to ensure that all Authorizations are entered in an accurate and timely manner, and to correct mistakes and contribute to process excellence of team and department
  • Works with members of the team in other regions to ensure effective delivery of service within the 24/7 operating model
  • Ensures accurate document uploads for the Authorizations process into our operating systems




Adhoc Requests



  • Additional projects and data entry as required to support internal stakeholders /teams




Continuous Learning and Process Improvement



  • Ensure continuous learning and development of self.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for the betterment of overall operations.




What You Bring to Sirva




  • Education/Certification Requirements



    • University degree preferred.
    • 1+ years in an administrative or business process role, ideally for a large size or international organization



    Qualifications and Experience Requirements



    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • The company does business in English as the primary language, but multilingual capabilities (French, Russian, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin) - written and verbal - is a plus.
    • Knowledge of the relocation industry will be an added advantage.
    • International experience will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrate elevated levels of customer service and operational excellence.
    • Experience in omni-channel communication environment.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to collaborate successfully with employees from other departments.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
    • Career oriented individual looking for a long-term association and growth.
    • As part of our customer experience strategy, your role may require shifting schedules within your weekly hours per week (including night shifts and weekends) to provide support to our internal and external customers in a follow the sun support model 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Position Title: Initiations Coordinator
  • Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 USD
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Employer HSA Match, Life & Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, ID Theft Protection Plan and more. Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or part-time employees



Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations.
