FONCTION GENERALE

Le directeur national des ventes d'Axis Instruments pilotera les ventes au Canada pour les comptes independants et majeurs. Il sera responsable de la strategie et de l'execution des ventes, de la gestion de l'equipe commerciale et de l'alignement avec les objectifs d'entreprise. Travaillant etroitement avec le marketing, la gestion des comptes, les RH et des partenaires externes, il assurera egalement la budgetisation, la prevision et le suivi des performances.

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITES



  • Developper et deployer des strategies de vente pour accroitre les revenus et les parts de marche.
  • Identifier et capitaliser sur les opportunites de croissance des ventes, en assurant l'alignement sur les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Superviser l'execution des initiatives de vente par l'equipe de vente, en veillant a ce que les objectifs de performance soient atteints.
  • Analyser les donnees de vente et les tendances du marche pour ajuster les strategies et ameliorer les performances.
  • Diriger, gerer et encadrer une equipe de representants des ventes partout au Canada.
  • Etablissez des attentes claires en matiere de rendement et fournissez de l'encadrement pour s'assurer que l'equipe atteint les objectifs individuels et de groupe.
  • Favoriser une culture d'equipe positive et collaborative, assurant le developpement et l'engagement continus des talents.
  • Collaborer avec le marketing, les RH et la gestion des comptes pour aligner les ventes sur les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Renforcer les relations clients en repondant a leurs besoins et en optimisant les solutions.
  • Gerez le budget de vente, en veillant a ce que les ressources soient allouees efficacement.
  • Suivre, analyser et rendre compte de la performance des ventes, en fournissant des mises a jour regulieres a la haute direction.
  • Preparez des previsions de ventes precises et assurez-vous que l'equipe atteint ses objectifs financiers et operationnels.
  • Maintenir des relations solides avec les principaux clients et parties prenantes pour stimuler les partenariats a long terme.
  • Assurer un niveau eleve de satisfaction de la clientele en repondant aux preoccupations et en offrant un service de haute qualite.


QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE



  • BAC en affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe (maitrise un atout).
  • 5+ ans d'experience en gestion des ventes, idealement en dispositifs medicaux ou optique.
  • Succes prouve dans l'atteinte des objectifs et la gestion d'equipes performantes.
  • Bilingue francais/anglais (ecrit et oral).
  • Excellentes competences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Experience en collaboration interfonctionnelle et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Maitrise des outils CRM et Microsoft Office.
  • Disponible pour voyager (30% Canada/USA).
  • Pensee strategique et execution efficace des plans de vente.
  • Solides competences en analyse, resolution de problemes et coaching.
  • Oriente client, service et resultats, capable de gerer plusieurs priorites.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
