Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Processes daily reports and distribute to the appropriate departments. Data input on a regular basis, entering charges turned in each day, all adjustments for the Supply Chain each day, late charges and corrections as required,. Verifies on a daily supply expense Issues and Stock Status report; Researches rejects by next day that Data Processing Issues. Work with physical and perputual inventory. Knowledge of the operation of data entry and/or inventory software programs equivalent to those currently in use by the System; personal computers and current software for spreadsheets at the intermediate level of proficiency; and modern office procedures and practices. Math and analytical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide to count inventory, perform measurements, and calculate total work order lines. Work with consignment, lumere and GPO to be in compliance with UHS guidelines.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Good verbal communication skills.

2. Minimum of 2 years data entry experience referred.

3. Communication and computer operation skills required.

4. Some medical/healthcare business office experience preferred.

5. Excellent customer service skills required.

6. 10 key by touch skill required.

7. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:

1. High School diploma, GED or Higher Education required.
