Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cyber Operational Planner to support ARCYBER G7 Force Development.

Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.

Tasks include:

    Supports DCoS, G-7 (Force Management Directorate) to plan, build, synchronize, and integrate capability requirements, modernization initiatives, and force structure solutions in support of the National Defense Strategy, the Army Plan, the U.S. Cyber Command Strategic Plan, and the ARCYBER Commander's vision.
  • Use the Army Organizational Life-Cycle Model (AOLCM) to develop operational and institutional requirements and translate these requirements into organizational structure and material programs to accomplish ARCYBER's assigned missions.
  • Develops detailed plans to support ARCYBER Force Development/Modernization through collaboration with planners, operators, analysts, and military leadership.
  • Analyzes, reviews, and monitors strategies, doctrine, policies, and other directives to ensure compliance with mandated regulations.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to leverage analytical and technical expertise to ensure mission goals are met.
  • Drafts and provides briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, letters, memorandums, and official multimedia correspondence.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years of experience
  • Client requests that candidate is a former Army Officer (Force Management or Army Capability Manager)
  • Must have knowledge of ARCYBER, Joint Cyberspace Operations, JCIDS, ACIDS, CCIDS, DAS, and PPBE processes
  • Must attain DOD Level C Certification for Requirements Management within 60 days of hire.
  • Capable of briefing complex requirements to audiences unfamiliar with topic
  • Active TS//SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph and MEAD clearance
  • U.S Citizenship Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience as an HQDA G8 Requirements Staff Officer (RSO) or Staff Synchronization Officer (SSO)
  • CGSC/ILE or equivalent graduate
  • Experience in producing Information papers and briefing development for O-6 through 3-Star audience

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
