This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a diverse, growing, and global organization by playing a pivotal role in our Foundation team based in New York, where every day you will make a difference. Reporting to the Regional Head of the Foundation, you will support the delivery of our Foundation programs and activities across America, working with our Regional Staff Engagement Manager and Coordinator, and managing the administration for the team.
Salary range for this position: $68,000 - $75,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Your tasks will include supporting the American Head and Staff Engagement Managers in the region, handling day-to-day administration such as calendar management, invoicing, expense reporting, online filing, and contract execution, and providing support for events hosted by Macquarie for our College and Career Success and Opportunity Fund grant partners, as well as the planning and execution of events hosted by the Macquarie Group Foundation. You will also engage across all our regional offices by providing support and guidance on Foundation incentives, collating and reporting on event information, and supporting volunteering programs including coordination with guest relations and various administrative requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for America's My Community, including running fundraising reports, reviewing/posting volunteering initiatives, and supporting the global team and projects as needed.
