Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Servicing is seeking an Escrow Specialist II to join our team in Cornerstone Servicing in Englewood, CO. This position will be responsible for processing activities related to escrow account management, and review of work processed by the insurance and tax vendor for compliance. In addition, the preparation, processing, and follow-up on all aspects of Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP), and Escrow Analysis.

What you'll do:

Activities associated with the oversight of Tax, Insurance, and Insurance Claims vendors, including monitoring service delivery/productivity/quality standards

• Tax: Exception processing on behalf of the tax vendor, wire requests, monitoring to ensure the vendor is performing as
• Insurance: Exception processing on behalf of the insurance vendor, tracking, and maintenance, wire request

Activities associated with the processing of all Servicing functions related to Escrow from loan acquisition through life-of-loan servicing, including servicing transfers

• Mortgage Insurance: Tracking, disbursement, and maintenance
• Escrow Analysis: Analysis exception research, off-cycle analysis processing, escrow shortage review, general escrow account maintenance, and letter requests

Activities associated with research request, including:

• Performing thorough and detailed research
• Loan document review
• Processing and monitoring of department reporting requirements and workflow ensuring that the reports and workflow are created and completed accurate and timely
• * Complete special projects as assigned

What you'll need to be successful:

• Experience in Black Knight MSP Servicing System is preferred
• High School diploma, GED preferred or equivalent work experience
• One or more years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to loan administration activities (real estate taxes, property insurance, escrow analysis, and mortgage insurance)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while still being detailed and results oriented and able to understand complex transactions
• Track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization
• Ability to contribute to the department in line with the company's vision and core values, driving frequent and continual organizational change and improvement
• Effective verbal, and written communicator
• Must be disciplined and well organized with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
