Position Summary: The Senior Director of Business Development & Capture plays a dual role as a strategic growth leader and hands-on capture executive. This position is responsible for shaping and executing Berry Aviation's growth strategy across federal aviation markets, identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities, and directly managing captures for priority pursuits. The role requires a blend of executive vision, tactical execution, and deep knowledge of government aviation services and federal acquisition practices.
