Position Summary: Berry Aviation, Inc. seeks a battle-tested, highly disciplined leader to serve as Director of Business Development for our Enhanced Mobility and Special Mission Programs. This role demands the mindset and mission-focus of a senior enlisted operational asset or senior NCO-someone who leads from the front, meets the demands of the job, requires little oversight, adapts without complaint, and pursues the objective with resolve and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a trusted force multiplier, equally comfortable in strategic planning sessions and tactical engagements, with credibility and the ability to properly engage senior military officers, staff planners, and operational leaders across the joint force. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, practical execution, and the kind of relentless follow-through found in the finest senior enlisted leaders/officers of the services and Joint SOF communities. Core Responsibilities:
Travel as needed (domestic and international), maintaining a command presence in every engagement, whether at the Pentagon, a deployed location, or a partner's boardroom. Qualifications
