Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified RENTAL COORDINATOR for our Albuquerque, NM location.

SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The rental coordinator is the front-line and secondary customer contact of Frank's Supply Company, Inc. It is primarily through this position that we demonstrate our commitment to achieve customer service excellence. This position is responsible for performing customer service tasks in accordance with company business practices and in the professional manner required to build market share and maintain repeat business with our valued customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain working knowledge of competitor's practices and rental rates.
  • Foster customer relations to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Answer telephones and process rental requests.
  • Focus on order fulfillment/quality control of equipment
  • Assisting customers, reps and counter staff to fulfill orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment & products.
  • Research equipment, parts or products to meet specialized customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with shop and yard staff regarding repair status and availability of equipment.
  • Assist outside sales reps with quotes and pricing of rental equipment.
  • Assist customers with their rental needs, providing price and product application information.
  • Takes telephone orders and provides delivery information & schedules deliveries.
  • Maintains good housekeeping in rental counter area; arranges displays and replenishes out of stock items. Assists in filling contracts as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clear and Valid Driver's License.
  • Support sales staff demonstration and sales agreements.
  • Maintain adequate product knowledge of equipment & products.
  • Computer Experience.
  • Develop sales proposals from customer inquiries.
  • Reconcile electronic charge transactions.
  • Assist with Scheduling, dispatch and route vehicles for transport of equipment and products.
  • Must wear company uniform (shirt) when performing the above-mentioned job functions.
