Job Summary UW Health in northern Illinoisis seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing outpatient Gastroenterology team in Rockford, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a leading digestive health program at the region's preferred health system. As part of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of gastrointestinal conditions.
