Qualifications

  • Completion of accredited school of diagnostic medical sonography. Required
  • Must provide copy of diploma/degree for highest level of education obtained. Required

Work Experience

  • Experience as a sonographer. Preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience. Required
  • Two years of clinical experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Sonography program is accredited through the ARRT: * ARRT certification prior to hire date * CPR certification required within three (3) months of hire. * Registered by ARDMS in abdomen and OB/Gyn within 12 months of hire. * Must pass Sonography Principles & Instrumentation (SPI) exam within 12 months of hire. Required or
  • Sonography program is accredited through CAAHEP * CPR certification required within three (3) months of hire. * Registered by ARDMS in abdomen and OB/Gyn within 12 months of hire. * Must pass Sonography Principles & Instrumentation (SPI) exam within 12 months of hire. Required
    Registered by ARDMS in abdomen, OB/Gyn and Vascular. Preferred
