Job Summary UW Health in northern Illinoisseeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join the busy cardiology team at our UW Health Heart Institute on the SwedishAmerican Hospital campus in Rockford, Illinois. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality care in a team-centered environment. The Advanced Practice Provider will be supported by our group as we continue to grow through new service lines and state-of-the-art procedures, including CardioMEMs and Watchman. Our four-day work weeks encourage more work-life balance, while our stipend for rotating Saturday hospital rounding compensates you generously for your time on the weekend.
