The Sales Executive position at McClure can be a remote position within Pennsylvania or surrounding states. It comes with a competitive base salary and an exceptional commission package (which is uncapped and paid immediately after sales).

Job Summary

McClure Company's Energy Services division continues to grow and we have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Executive. Under general direction, this person will primarily market and promote the company's bundled Design Build offering including but not limited to; engineering, energy services contracting, design-build projects, and preventative maintenance. This position will focus on targeting all the company's vertical markets including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and government.

Essential Functions:


  • With minimal supervision, sells the McClure Company offerings - particularly focused on identifying bundled Design Build offerings for the company's target vertical markets; commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and government.
  • Educate and promote guaranteed energy services agreement and collaborate with appropriate sales and engineering team members on opportunities.
  • Educate and promote cooperative purchasing agreement opportunities to appropriate prospective markets.
  • Identify, sell, renew or expand service agreements as part of a bundled offering.
  • Coordinate and perform duties and responsibilities such as lead generation, customer services, proposal development and customer acquisition.
  • Develop, organize, and deliver sales presentations to potential customers in individual and/or large group settings.
  • Gather high level technical data in a way that is useful to internal estimating and engineering resources.
  • Self-generate leads within the identified vertical markets and geographical regions.
  • Ability to facilitate complex technical and financial solutions unique to each opportunity in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Identify project goals and timelines to maximize project development and engineering resources.
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan for identifying energy retrofit project opportunities and other services identified by the customer.
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of Design Build, Building Automation and/or Preventative Maintenance experience including previous leadership, sales, and marketing
  • Moderate knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems and HVAC Preventative Maintenance plans
  • Strong needs-based sales skills
  • Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively based on opportunities and client needs
  • Ability to effectively work concurrently on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of building infrastructure systems and energy analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills


Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Position is full-time Monday - Friday
