Summary

TheSenior Director, Customer Supply Chainis a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving end-to-end customer fulfillment, service performance, and supply chain execution across all retail channels. This role serves as a critical bridge between Commercial, Sales, and Supply Chain functions, ensuring seamless product availability, optimized inventory flow, and a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a passion for continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to support Chobani's growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

Customer Fulfillment & Service Leadership
* Own customer service levels (On-Time, In-Full) and fill rate performance across key retail accounts.
* Lead allocation strategy and execution for constrained SKUs, ensuring equitable distribution and proactive communication.
* Establish and evolve routines to proactively manage product supply and implement corrective actions.
* Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
Customer Solutions & Strategic Partnerships
* Serve as the primary supply chain liaison to Commercial, Sales, and Retail Execution teams.
* Partner with customers to co-develop sustainable and cost-effective supply chain solutions.
* Provide insights into customer operating models to improve integration and service delivery.
* Anticipate potential issues and trends, assess risks, and implement proactive solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Align with Demand Planning and Production to translate customer needs into executable supply plans.
* Support forecasting routines with in-depth sales and inventory analysis.
* Act as a subject matter expert and project manager for key operational initiatives.
* Scenario modeling and risk mitigation
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Directors, Managers, and Analysts.
* Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
* Develop talent and support career growth through coaching and structured development plans.
Data-Driven Decision Making
* Leverage Power BI dashboards, customer scorecards, and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
* Drive the evolution of reporting tools to support proactive engagement and internal alignment.
* Develop and communicate key business metrics to influence strategic decisions.
Enterprise & Strategic Initiatives
* Lead supply chain readiness for major transitions (e.g., innovation rollouts, packaging changes, customer resets).
* Represent the Customer Supply Chain function in enterprise-wide initiatives such as disaster response and commercial growth forums.
* Identify and lead critical initiatives that drive increased sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, customer operations, or commercial execution, preferably in CPG or food/beverage.
* Proven leadership of multi-level teams across geographies and customer segments.
* Strong analytical skills and fluency in supply chain metrics, forecasting, and allocation logic.
* Experience with perishable replenishment and customer-facing supply chain operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI); SAP BI or ERP experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interfacing with senior leadership and external partners.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance multiple projects and drive innovative solutions.

Compensation Range:$194,000.00-$292,000.00, plus bonus.
