Job Summary

Job Description

Provide customer service and technical support to internal departments and vendors regarding all IT related issues

Responsibilities & Duties:
* Create and manage issue tickets, including resolving, assigning, escalating when appropriate and ensuring completion in a timely manner.
* Investigate, research and trouble-shoot basic IT related issues.
* Test new systems and software to ensure accurate documentation of processes and workflows.
* Follow and document operational processes and procedures for all IT workflows.
* Perform new user training and communication of IT policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* 0-2 years of relevant experience
* Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field
* Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
