Job Summary: The Program Coordinator is considered an integral part of the Student Leadership Development team and is directly responsible for the oversight of the NEIU Programming Board (NPB), provide guidance and direction through regular interaction on event planning, budget management, and appropriate expenditures through the duration of the school year. The Program Coordinator will lead the efforts to coordinate programs and events that create school spirt, build traditions and foster a sense of belonging.The Program Coordinator will also supervise an undergraduate intern who will work approximately 20 hours per week. In addition, is also responsible for managing training resources for student organization members and assisting with major office programs throughout the year. This position will have regular, ongoing interaction with students. Job Description: Campus wide programs

Minimal Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. A total of one (1) year (12 months) in education, training and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position. (Note: Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year of work experience.) 3. Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position, may be required. Departmental Preferences:
