Position Summary:

The Program Support Analyst / Master Scheduler in SkyWater Federal, LLC provide support to Program Managers leading development efforts that are on the forefront of advancing our nation's security. The role is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in financial and schedule tracking, ensuring relevant information and summaries are readily available to enable timely priority and decision making. This position can feed into a Program Management role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:



  • Create and manage Program Financial tracking and reporting methodologies integrating data from multiple ground truth sources.
  • Current methods involve advanced Excel workbook analysis incorporating data queried from multiple financial systems.
  • Manage program schedules in Microsoft Project.
  • Assist in development of the program time phased cost and schedule baselines and analyze program performance (actuals and forecast).
  • Assist with end of month/quarter/year accrual and other financial activity.
  • Assemble financial data and prepare reports in program specific formats.
  • Assists in preparation of program review documents and customer required documents.
  • Supports updates to program time-phased budget and/or schedule and required documents associated with internal and contract changes.
  • Support PO, Contract, and Change Notice entry, billing reviews, and track line items to closure.


Required Qualifications:



  • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • 3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Advanced Skills with Microsoft Excel and Project.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, etc.).


U.S. Citizen Required: This position will require the holding of a government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Expert skill level with Microsoft Excel - use of Vlookup/Xlookup in complex Excel workbooks, Macros, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to write and execute simple to moderate database queries to MES systems.
  • Some scripting ability (e.g. Word Macros, python)

The annual salary range for this role is $75,280 - $112,920. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
