AdRise, acquired as part of the Tubi deal in 2020, is FOX's advanced technology platform for managing CTV and linear inventory. It now powers OneFOX, which is our cross-portfolio inventory product across FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX News Media, and Tubi. The platform supports seamless and highly targeted media buying across linear, digital, and streaming ecosystems, and integrates with partners such as AWS Clean Rooms, Snowflake, and DSPs.

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the AdRise team focused on building and scaling the Data Management Platform (DMP) and Ads Data systems. This role will lead the development of high-performance data pipelines that ingest, transform, and activate identity, audience, and ad delivery data. These data pipelines are critical to driving FOX's monetization and measurement strategy across platforms.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support the ingestion, transformation, and activation of identity, audience, and advertising data

  • Integrate with external identity resolution solutions and data partners to enable audience targeting and segmentation

  • Develop data workflows that support ad delivery, campaign performance tracking, and cross-platform reporting

  • Build and maintain attribution pipelines that connect first-party and third-party signals to media engagement and conversion events

  • Ensure data infrastructure meets standards for quality, reliability, and governance using modern engineering best practices

  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, product, and data science to define requirements and deliver actionable data solutions

  • Use cloud-based tools and services such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Redshift to implement robust, production-ready workflows

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Technical Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering

  • Proven experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines, preferably within the AWS ecosystem

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and EMR

  • Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, and Amazon Redshift

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and schema design

  • Knowledge of data integration and data transformation techniques

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus

AdTech and Identity Data Expertise

  • Experience working with AdTech data including ad server logs, pixel data, and bid logs

  • Understanding of digital identity data and the application of identity graphs in digital advertising ecosystems

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $159,000.00-176,500.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
