Position Title: International Trade Development & Sales Manager

Location: 1 Patriot Place, Foxborough, MA 02035

Summary of Duties: Develop & build sales territories within assigned areas. Ensure that sales representatives are properly trained, and their skills are continually being advanced. Sell and assist Sales Representatives with making sales of product lines. Assists with closing sales as necessary. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for support of company objectives. Maintain and expand customer base by counseling sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities. Maintain and expand supplier base by building and maintaining rapport with new and existing suppliers. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product and service suppliers, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors. Participate in technical/professional organizations or networking groups, attends trade shows and/or conferences to obtain leads. Prepare sales presentations and available product to potential customers. Analyze bid requests and specifications for major contracts/projects. Manages all aspects of the assigned territory, e.g., developing Sales Representatives, increasing sales, developing, and managing customer relationships. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies. Travels with Sales Representatives to provide training and demonstrations. This position requires travel 30% of the time domestically and internationally. This position is 100% remote.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Specialist, Account Manager (Sales), or related occupation involving sales and business development experience. Requires experience in: converting, printing and publishing plants; tariffs, trade agreements, and compliance standards in different countries; international trade laws and regulations governing the import/export of forest products.; forest products, including paper, containerboard and recovered fiber; production processes, quality standards, and specifications for different products; logistics and supply chain processes for transporting forest products within Latin America. Basic proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish is required.
