The Manager Process Improvement is responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvement and analytic strategies across EQT's Growth, Asset Development, and Compliance programs. This role ensures alignment and optimization of business processes, enhances digital work environment (DWE), supports enterprise applications, and facilitates integration of Asset Development and Compliance data. They will be responsible for managing the assessment, development, and implementation of program objectives and deliverables. TheManager Process Improvementresponsibilities include but arenot limited to:
- Lead and execute improvement initiatives for Growth, Asset Development (including project management, controls, construction, and engineering) and Compliance.
- Diagram, evaluate, and model "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes and program handoffs.
- Facilitate cross-functional team to design program metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and drive corrective actions.
- Utilize root cause analysis and data-driven insights to assess performance gaps and synergy outcomes.
- Delivering presentations and training courses including key performance indicators, analysis, improvement, and control; with collaboration amongst the programs will survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes; communicating to program leaders on progress; performing cost and benefit analyses through the Digital Work Environment
- Lead and prioritize process improvement and analytics projects within the responsible programs
- Assist the Head of Midstream Technical Services with structure and organization to meet the Midstream program growing demands including collaboration with EQT's Shared Service Programs (Ops Services and Information Technology) for project execution and business intelligence monitoring.
- Partner with the Manager for Process Improvement - Asset and Gas Management to ensure coordinated analytics and operational strategy.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
- 5+ years of Oil and Gas Experience.
- 1-3 years of Natural Gas project management, operations, engineering, and/or system dynamics of a natural gas pipeline system is preferred.
- Advanced PC skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Strong experience in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire).
- Data analysis and predictive modeling experience; ability to execute complex analysis and synthesize into business process review to socialize, influence, and drive action across the Midstream program.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to promote trust and teamwork to build strong relationships.
- Must be willing to work with business end users, IT staff, and vendors both individually and as a EQT Midstream team member.
- Occasional travel is required to our Canonsburg, PA office.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience within midstream (gathering or transmission) is strongly preferred.
Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
