Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join our growing Maryland team. The selected individual will utilize their knowledge of project delivery, business expertise, and metrics, as well as project processes, resources, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and deliver quality to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills, and significant experience delivering water and wastewater projects through all phases (planning, study, design and construction). Our perfect candidate will exhibit leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, a strong organizational aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams and develop new and existing clients. Detailed Description: In this role, you will utilize your expertise to manage and execute work on projects, help develop and sustain successful client relationships and provide support for marketing and proposals. Projects within the purview of this position will span from conceptual planning, across preliminary and final design, to construction phase support services for water, wastewater and related water resource facilities. You will have the opportunity to take on more advanced roles and responsibilities as you develop your internal network and expand your abilities. We anticipate this role will be engaging and leading teams of local staff, design staff and technical practices. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Salary: Pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
