We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Onboarding & Change Projects to join our Asset Servicing Accounting Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead strategic, client-facing onboarding and change projects for institutional clients, including complex fund launches, business transitions, conversions, and other critical change events.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients during onboarding and change cycles, ensuring a high-touch experience and alignment with commercial and operational goals.
- Drive the success of large, multi-stakeholder programs by overseeing scope, delivery, quality, and issue resolution across internal and external teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Management to align deliverables and strategic direction.
- Provide leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent governance, stakeholder alignment, and proactive issue escalation.
- Shape onboarding strategy and process improvements, leveraging client feedback, data, and industry trends to enhance efficiency and experience.
- Influence and align stakeholders across global teams, acting as a central voice in client delivery strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced or graduate degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in client onboarding, fund operations, and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives across matrixed organizations, preferably with global reach.
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting or core accounting functions (NAV, fund structures, operational workflows).
- Exceptional client relationship skills, with a proven ability to lead conversations at senior levels and manage executive-level stakeholders.
- Advanced project leadership and communication skills; able to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and deliver results under pressure.
