As Executive Assistant to the Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer, you'll be a key member of the leadership support team-ensuring the executive's day-to-day runs smoothly while amplifying strategic impact across a fast-paced, global organization. You'll bring a blend of sharp organizational instincts, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset that thrives on making things easier for others. What will you be doing? Executive Support You'll manage a fast-paced, high-level calendar and coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring the executive stays focused on key priorities. Acting as a trusted liaison, you'll handle communications and logistics with professionalism, prepare expense reports in tools like Concur and Workday, and create polished presentations, reports, and communications. You'll also support leadership meetings with prep materials, notes, and action tracking. Communications & Engagement Partnering with Corporate Communications, you'll shape messaging that aligns with strategy and keeps stakeholders engaged. You'll draft clear, thoughtful internal communications and help prepare the executive for key engagements with senior leadership, board members, and external partners-leveraging platforms like Teams and SharePoint. Team Operations You'll maintain well-organized digital collaboration spaces, support engaging team events, and ensure daily operations run smoothly by managing supplies, shared tools, and admin systems. You'll also provide flexible support to other senior leaders on the team when needed. Project Coordination You'll support strategic projects across Corporate Development, M&A, Strategy, and Brand-coordinating schedules, meetings, and documentation. You'll also create impactful reports and presentations to aid decision-making and help coordinate HR-related workflows like onboarding, reviews, and recruiting. Location: Fort Worth, TX- We embrace a hybrid work model-team members are typically onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What will you need to be successful?
- 8+ years experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent) in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment-demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment at all times.
- Experience working within a global, matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams, multiple time zones, and culturally diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated flexibility in working hours to support global scheduling and shifting priorities, with a strong sense of accountability and responsiveness.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; comfortable managing digital collaboration spaces, formatting high-impact presentations, and handling executive-level communications.
- Skilled in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams Live Events, with the ability to coordinate and manage logistics for global leadership sessions and high-visibility meetings.
- Strong project coordination and document management skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read a room or situation
- Calm under pressure and able to maintain composure in high-stakes or fast-changing situations
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professional maturity
- A service-oriented mindset with a natural inclination to go above and beyond
- Preferred Certifications: Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional Certification (e.g., IAAP, CAP), Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Foundation), Advanced Microsoft Office certification (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience supporting executives in Corporate Development, Strategy, or M&A functions
