Overview

As a skilled business analyst, you excel at understanding and documenting business workflows to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You thrive on new challenges and pursue strong relationships with those you support. You understand that an in-depth knowledge of the business process leads to innovative solutions. You'll contribute to the continuous improvement and development of Salesforce as used by our Global Business Development team. Through this fast-growing platform, you will have a broad impact across Esri.

Responsibilities



  • Proactively communicate and collaborate to prioritize requirements, improve existing workflows, evaluate potential solutions, and communicate status and potential project risks
  • Support the Global Business Development Salesforce team in developing specifications and partner with Sales Enablement to develop training for internal clients on Salesforce usage and reports
  • Challenge assumptions to help drive innovative solutions
  • Document colleague requests and issues as user stories
  • Enable adoption of the platform leveraging digital adoption tools
  • Perform testing of report development and validate deployed reports to ensure functionality and stability


Requirements



  • 2+ years of professional experience as a business analyst supporting mission-critical business applications
  • Ability to listen effectively, capturing details for requests and being able to communicate technical language into clear and concise requirements
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
  • Evaluate user adoption gaps to improve engagement
  • Facilitate meetings to engage colleagues about issues and requests
  • Experience with Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

Recommended Qualifications



  • Master's in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and SAP
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

$70,720 $99,840 USD
