Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our Private Bank clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their basic banking and Investment Management & Trust (IM&T) needs. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for clients and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive client experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note: This role does not include responsibilities related to processing lending applications or providing lending rate quotes.
