Project Manager - Investor Learning

As a Project Manager, you will drive and support the delivery of complex initiatives using a variety of methodologies and will be expected to share your experienced perspective. Your scope will include a range of projects across all function of the team - inclusive of business, process, and organizational change efforts. You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, executive support exists for our initiatives, effective prioritization is being applied, work is sequenced properly, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted. You will partner with investors and business leaders to deliver results.

• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of project management experience within financial services is highly preferred.
• You have experience and/or a demonstrated passion for working with early-career investment talent to create and help manage bespoke programming to support their learning, growth and development.
• You've had success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and can apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
• When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset.
• You are passionate about aligning programming with Capital's core values and understand the importance of infusing our people practices with our culture and mission statement.
• You are extremely flexible and can deliver high quality results on efforts running simultaneously.
• You have managed informal cross-unit and cross-functional teams and initiatives to drive for results relying on your proven influencing and negotiating skills.
• You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change.
• You place a high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders.
• You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results.
• You can quickly convert big goals to a structured work plan and drive it forward, balancing your commitment to the highest quality work product with your proven ability to drive for results.
• You are creative and have strong intellectual curiosity about wide-ranging fields and interdisciplinary subjects that support and cultivate our value of diverse perspectives.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
