Staffmark is proud to partner with a premier records management firm in Portland, OR, to find a detail-oriented Medical Document Processor. If you thrive in structured environments and are passionate about supporting the healthcare industry, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hour (depending on experience)

Shift Options: Monday - Friday

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Sort, receive, and organize sensitive medical documents
  • Ensure accurate handling and filing of records
  • Follow established protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times



Preferred Experience & Skills:



  • At least 1 year of clerical, office, or customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
