Product Specialist

Under general supervision, develops and implements product strategy and plans, taking into account the product life cycle stage and the customer experience.

Essential Functions

• Aligns product, go to market and sales strategy and tactics.
• Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes.
• Evaluates market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
• Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development across multi-functional team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

One (1) year work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Solid communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Solid executive presence and human relations skills.

Project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage, develop, and implement marketing, sales and other activities to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Ability to gathers data and evaluate market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance, and perform fact- based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights and improve products/processes through use of quality management tools. Ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders to execute global marketing strategies and tactics.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $4,881.62 - $8,461.48/month

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN, and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
