We are looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager to join our team. Microsoft Dataverse is the platform to securely store an enormous amount of data in a cost efficient, scalable and easily manageable way. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:* Lead the team in design, development and optimization of standardized frameworks and pipelines for ingestion and consumption of data at a very high scale* Lead the ensures services and processes meet security, privacy, and accessibility standards, demonstrating compliance.* Coordinates project and release plans with stakeholders, breaking down long-term visions into milestones and guiding resource management.* Leads data collection and analysis to refine products and make informed engineering decisions.* Integrates and reviews telemetry data to ensure system performance and reliability, creating dashboards and notifications.* Work with various engineering teams.
