ResponsibilitiesPartner with Design and UX Research leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of design roles, including interaction design, visual design, motion, and UX research.Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement.Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Microsoft's values and brand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, compensation, and business partners to ensure seamless hiring processes.Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve recruiting outcomes.Leads optimization of staffing policies, systems, and processes in partnership with their stakeholder communityStays informed of relevant Design trends, industry standards, and evolving AI relationship to the creative space.Other Embody our culture and values | |
