The Marketing Project Manager is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional that oversees the flow of marketing and creative projects from initiation through completion. This role is critical to ensuring that all marketing deliverables are developed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of coordination between marketing, creative, ecommerce, and product teams -tracking project milestones, managing timelines and resources, and proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep projects moving forward efficiently.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project & Workflow Management



  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for creative and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate workflows between designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers (external vendors).
  • Track project progress, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects moving smoothly.



Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and e-commerce teams to align creative projects with business goals.
  • Communicate project status updates, expectations, and feedback loops to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and approval processes.



Resource Allocation & Budget Management



  • Manage resource planning to ensure balanced workloads across the creative team.
  • Oversee budgets for creative projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and vendor negotiations.
  • Track expenses related to photography, videography, freelancers, and agency partnerships.



Process Improvement & Quality Control



  • Develop and refine project management processes, tools, and templates to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking creative requests, approvals, and revisions.
  • Review final deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.



JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or agency production management.
  • Strong understanding of design, branding, digital marketing, and content production workflows.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a consumer goods, B2B, or outdoor industry is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
