How does this role contribute to our collective success?

The People Operations Senior Associate manages global employee life cycle events, leading the design and execution of processes that align with organizational goals and HR compliance. This role focuses on operational efficiency, process optimization, and enhancing the end-user experience.

What will you do in this role?

  • Collaborate across HR functions to implement operational processes and self-service capabilities that align with HR strategic goals and initiatives.

  • Manage Workday business process workflows to support all stages of the employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, terminations, and other key HR activities.

  • Ensure data integrity within Workday by maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards throughout the hire-to-retire process.

  • Conduct regular audits and data quality assessments to verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee information.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, improve employee interactions, and mitigate operational risks.

  • Create and maintain procedural documentation and training materials to support end users in navigating operational processes and Workday self-service features.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of people services in accordance with program goals and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Coordinate HR Service Center (HRSC) support including documentation management, training coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure SLA compliance.

  • Resolve escalated HR Service Center inquiries by partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to gather information, identify solutions, and update documentation to enhance case resolution and employee experience.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline hire-to-retire workflows, and enhance overall HR service delivery.

  • Stay informed on emerging HR trends and best practices to drive automation, digital transformation, and user experience enhancements.

  • Participate in project testing and Workday release cycles to support system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation.

  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed, aligned with the scope and nature of the role.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations

  • Advanced proficiency in HCM systems, with a strong preference for Workday

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively within teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and present stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, with experience balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

What we offer:

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $100,000 - $115,000. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your
specific experience and work location.

In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on
overall corporate and individual performance. On top of this, you will be eligible for a comprehensive
and competitive benefits package which includes medical plans for you and your family, health and
wellness programs, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and much more.
Where this role is based in the United States of America, this role is Exempt for FLSA
purposes.
