Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a full-time Director of Development working at our Earll location in Phoenix, AZ. Under supervision of the Chief Information Officer, performs professional work in support of those providing services to an adult population composed of persons with substance-use disorders, SMI, dual-diagnoses and/or referred persons. Responsible for directing and supervising daily operations of the IT Department; overseeing of helpdesk and technology systems; performs related duties as required.

  • Oversees and directs the activities of the information technology department to ensure consistency and maintainability of existing information technology and applications.
  • Directs implementation and execution of new/upgraded information systems, including procedures, deadlines and accountability.
  • Oversees and directs technical projects in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identifies the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and directs and supports implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
  • Ensures security and integrity of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Manages and maintains server and service infrastructure.
  • Develops and maintains technical and user documentation and provides recommendations for improving documentation process standards.
  • Analyzes the business requirements of internal departments to recommend technology needs.
  • Trains, supervises, evaluates and mentors assigned staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques and provides technical guidance to employees and users.
  • Collaborates with Director of Application Development to ensure that systems and applications are available to users.
  • Participates in staff meetings, trainings and other activities as required.
  • Performs other duties as required and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma/GED and minimum of seven years related experience supporting of computer systems and software applications; a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 20 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
