POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for supporting Sales and Sales Operations in various capacities. This role will perform administrative duties for multiple sales executives and leaders and have responsibility for coordinating complex logistics for virtual and in-person meetings and ensuring seamless execution of events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:



  • Lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of a high volume of virtual, in-person and hybrid meetings, including sales team meetings, leadership offsites, and cross-functional events for sales Vice Presidents and Directors.
  • Manage meeting budgets up to $80,000+, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective planning.
  • Partner with the contracted travel management company and internal stakeholders to align meeting goals with business objectives.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., hotels, AV teams, caterers, and travel services).
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and post-event action items as requested.
  • Provide on-site support for events as needed, ensuring smooth execution and real-time problem-solving.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to sales Vice Presidents, including calendar management, virtual and in-person meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and prepare Power Point presentations and other communications.
  • Facilitate streamlined communication through the upkeep of distribution lists, team rosters, personnel changes and franchise alignment changes.
  • Assist with interview coordination for open sales positions in collaboration with HR.
  • Serve as a liaison for the field sales team, helping them navigate internal resources and processes.
  • Manage the sourcing and distribution of company-branded apparel for the sales team.
  • Act as a strategic member of the Sales Administration team, providing backup support for team members as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Strongly customer service oriented
  • Organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 5 years relevant experience in executive support and/or event planning



OTHER REQUIREMENTS:



  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
