Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President Cash Management, Commercial and Institutional Sales to lead efforts across commercial, institutional, and municipal sectors, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in Connecticut. This role is responsible for independently identifying and cultivating new deposit relationships, as well as deepening existing ones, through the direct sale of deposit and cash management solutions. The ideal candidate will have progressive banking experience, a proven track record in business development, and strong financial acumen. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills, the ability to navigate complex organizations, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Active community engagement and cross-functional collaboration are key to success in this high-impact role.
