Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Advisory Consulting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, IT project management, and business process analysis. As a Tech Advisory Consultant Manager, you will work closely with clients to assess their technology needs, develop tailored solutions, and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, technology challenges, and opportunities. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable technology strategies that align with their goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver technology roadmaps and implementation plans. Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Project Oversight: Oversee IT projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating with implementation partners and stakeholders. Business Process Review: Analyze clients' business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation. Technology Solutions: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet clients' needs. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and senior management. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations. Mentorship and Development: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consulting practice. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
