Job Summary We are looking for a Sr Principal Project Engineer for our Precision Guidance Technologies programs. In this role, you will provide technical and programmatic leadership to a multidisciplinary team responsible for successfully executing our contracted and internally funded programs. You will drive system architecture and apply innovative technical solutions through a high level of engineering skills including mechanical and electrical designs as well as structural, thermal and performance analysis. In addition, you will lead both internal and customer Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to plan, coordinate and execute program defined scope. Impact of the Role General Profile

Essential Functions
Additional Responsibilities Experience working on Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C) systems including IMUs, GPS, Power Systems, Guidance Computers and Control Systems. Experience in planning and executing successful projects for complex aerospace products. Required Qualifications

Pay Range (USD) $138,702 - $257,589 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation - ICP Hired applicant will be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Compensation Program.
