THE ROLE: Our Team is currently seeking a Data Center Team Lead who can drive the local execution of standardized workflows, triage anomalies and identify opportunities to scale as part of a DC campus team. This site lead will work closely with the local Site Services Manager to mentor and grow the local team of technicians, communicate strategy, vision and feedback to the team and leadership. This technical expert is a resource for the team, a driven and motivated self-starter able to work well with cross functional partner teams to improve processes. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate balances strong technical skills (Hardware, IT, and Cabling Management), is highly analytical with superior attention-to-detail, self-motivated, and a positive, humble 'results driven' attitude. This person will serve as a mentor and trainer to other data center technicians in the field. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
