We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.



Responsibilities

The Service Desk Analyst II will perform remote and desk-side support in a windows environment and for several business applications. Responsible for assisting customers the candidate shall be prepared to perform resolution of workstation issues (diagnosis/remediation, application install/configuration/removal, performance analysis/tuning).



Qualifications

Requirements:

    H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in Network/Desktop Support environment
  • Experience supporting desktops in a Windows environment
  • Experience Supporting cloud-based technology
  • Mac OS experience
  • MS Windows Desktop
  • MS Active Directory
  • MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong System Administration knowledge
  • Strong Desktop Support knowledge
  • Strong Active Directory\Exchange Administration knowledge
  • Hardware/Software support knowledge
  • Strong Software Installations and configurations knowledge
  • Servers/Desktops/Printers/Scanners knowledge
  • Strong Remote Access Support services knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office 2010

Preferences:

  • College degree
  • Microsoft Managed Desktop experience
  • MCP Certification - Microsoft Certified Professional
  • A+, Network+, or Security+
