Function:

Finance & Accounting Job Summary:The Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for working with the Director, Tax, primarily as a global transfer pricing manager in a collaborative multinational multi-entity manufacturing environment. This role will manage day-to-day, quarterly, and annual requirements and assist with strategic and technical transfer pricing matters including tax controversy. Job Description:
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax principles regarding U.S. and international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740 income tax accounting is prerequisite.
  • Strong knowledge of IRC Section 482 requirements.
  • Understanding of OECD Model Tax Convention on Income and Capital.
  • Manages preparation of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
  • Manges periodic transfer pricing calculations, modeling, projections, and scenario planning.
  • Manages development of and updates to written transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements.
  • Participates in U.S. and international tax controversy and bilateral procedures.
  • Assists in process improvement and identifies opportunities for increased automaton and streamlining.
  • Performs other duties, manages processes and projects, assists and mentors tax staff members.

Successful incumbents will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required, with preference for a graduate tax degree (MST, MBA or LLM) and/or JD.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant and/or IPT-CMI designation) is desirable.
  • Five to seven years of tax experience in U.S. multinational environments desired.
  • Five to seven years of tax experience in managing global transfer pricing related matters.
  • Experience with competent authority bilateral tax treaty procedures is a plus.
  • U.S., international and U.S. international income tax experience desired.
  • Working knowledge of SAP general ledger system.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to act as an advocate for the Company, when necessary, and to interact effectively with a wide variety of people within and outside CF.
  • Self-starter approach with strong attention to details and ability to own and take work assignments to completion.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.

Estimated base pay for the position is typically between: $107,600 - $151,500.

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
